Originally starting her time at London Women’s Clinic in March 2023 as an Enquiries Consultant, Ebony now supports our Brighton clinic as a Receptionist/Cashier. With over eight years experience in customer service and a degree in English Literature, she excels in building a great rapport with patients and providing outstanding service. Having witnessed an IVF journey in her personal life, Ebony recognises how stressful fertility treatment can be, and uses this insight to treat patients with genuine compassion and care to feel as at ease as possible when visiting our Brighton clinic.
