They have supported both my husband and me during one of the most challenging years of our lives, and we are now optimistic about building our dream family. Wow! What a life saver.! This saved us so much money doing it through KIND. Not only that, the hormones I was given were a dream. When you go through IVF, for me, I expected to feel horrible but I’ve never felt better. The medications were simple to use and the whole process was just a breeze. Never thought it would be this simple, cheap (ish) and kind on my body. I really appreciated this option. If you qualify for KIND, please go for it.! It worked for us and we couldn’t be happier! We were lucky enough to qualify for kind IVF and were delighted with the treatment we received from London women’s clinic. All of the nursing staff looked after us so well - we felt updated and supported at all times and we were lucky enough to be successful in getting pregnant, we’re 19 weeks now and looking forward to having our baby in May. My partner and I have been to the Colchester clinic and the staff are incredible, we started our IVF journey in March this year and my partner has quite bad anxiety and all the staff were incredibly reassuring with her and very patient and answered every single worry and concern she had they were very quick to respond to any emails and were very helpful, our 1st child is due in the new year

However, the team was there for us every step of the way, offering not only their expertise but also genuine kindness and understanding.

They listened to our concerns, made thoughtful changes to our treatment plan, and were always ready to respond to our emails and calls, no matter how small the question. Their professionalism and dedication are unmatched, and thanks to their care, our second transfer was successful, and we are now blessed with a healthy baby.
