About Laura Cooper
As a Senior Embryologist and Quality Lead, she brings nearly two decades of experience in reproductive science to her role. Her journey began in 2006 with a work placement at the clinic — and within days, she knew she’d found her calling. Since then, she has been deeply committed to helping individuals and couples grow their families, viewing it as a true honour to contribute to such a life-changing process. In her role as Quality Lead, she ensures that the highest standards are upheld in every aspect of the laboratory, while staying at the forefront of innovation in a constantly evolving field. As both a parent and a professional, she understands the profound joy that comes with building a family. One of her most meaningful moments was supporting a close friend through her fertility journey — a friend who is now a proud mother of three. Experiences like this continue to inspire her every day.
