About Dawn Hayes
With a background spanning 14 years in the private education sector and earlier experience in commercial sales with blue-chip companies, she brings a wealth of customer-facing expertise to her role at London Women’s Clinic. Known for her warm and approachable manner, she plays a key part in welcoming patients and supporting them from the very beginning of their journey.
Though new to fertility, she feels privileged to have joined the sector and finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of such a meaningful process. What she loves most is hearing each patient’s story at reception and sharing in their joy when treatment is successful. One of her favourite memories is of a couple who were delightfully surprised to discover they were expecting twins — a moment that made her feel truly connected to the magic of what the team does every day.
