About Kat Austin
Kat Austin plays a key role in welcoming and supporting patients at the clinic, bringing warmth and empathy to every interaction. Inspired by her sister’s fertility journey — where she was a hands-on source of support — Kat understands just how emotional and challenging this path can be. She’s passionate about making patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive, whether that’s through a friendly chat, a comforting cup of coffee, or simply being a reassuring presence. Her favourite moments are when patients return to the clinic with their babies — magical visits that remind her of the real impact kindness and care can have in helping dreams come true
