For her, the most rewarding part of the job is building relationships with patients — being part of their journey from the very first consultation to, hopefully, a successful outcome.

One particularly touching memory involved a single mother who returned to the clinic with her 7-year-old daughter. The little girl was curious and asked to see the “magic box” where she believed she had been kept — referring to the incubator where embryos are stored. She proudly looked through the glass window at the storage tanks and said she felt very special. It was a heartwarming reminder of how important it is to approach every patient, and every story, with care, respect, and a sense of wonder.
