She has a particular passion for embryo biopsy, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and the cryopreservation of eggs and embryos. Catarina is also highly engaged in quality management and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards across every aspect of the lab. A committed mentor, she plays a key role in training and supporting junior embryologists and lab technicians, creating a collaborative environment that fosters learning and growth.
