About Katie Feenan
With nearly 23 years of experience in fertility, she has built her entire career in the field since graduating from university — and couldn’t imagine working in any other area of healthcare. She thrives on the variety and unpredictability of each day, knowing that no two are ever the same. One of her most memorable moments came from a young man whose semen samples she had frozen 17 years earlier after he suffered from childhood mumps. Years later, he went on to have successful IVF treatment and a baby with his partner — and made sure to pass along his gratitude, remembering her name and the care he received all those years ago. It’s the kind of lasting impact that reminds her why she does what she do
