About Mimi Arian-Schad
Mimi works in fertility nursing because it brings together two essential elements of care: clinical precision and emotional support. Drawn to the complexity of fertility treatments and the continual advancements in the field, she is passionate about delivering care that is both expertly managed and deeply compassionate. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is building relationships with patients — being part of their journey from the very first consultation to, hopefully, a successful outcome.
One particularly touching memory involved a single mother who returned to the clinic with her 7-year-old daughter. The little girl was curious and asked to see the “magic box” where she believed she had been kept — referring to the incubator where embryos are stored. She proudly looked through the glass window at the storage tanks and said she felt very special. It was a heartwarming reminder of how important it is to approach every patient, and every story, with care, respect, and a sense of wonder.
