About Mauro Caiazzo
With over a decade of experience in fertility care across three different countries, Mauro brings a global perspective to his role and speaks four languages, allowing him to connect meaningfully with patients from diverse backgrounds. He was drawn to fertility by the joy of helping people achieve their dream of starting a family — a purpose that continues to inspire him every day. What he loves most about his work is seeing the results of the team’s effort come to life, especially when patients return months later with their babies in their arms. One of his most meaningful memories is receiving a call from a patient who, despite a poor prognosis, became a father — and phoned personally to thank Mauro for helping make that moment possible. Experiences like this are what make his work so rewarding.
